In 2019, Hervé joined Grant Thornton Monaco, where he rose to the position of Senior Manager. With more than 10 years of experience in the Principality, he assists international companies with personnel management. His expertise enables him to anticipate challenges and propose tailored solutions.
A passionate trainer, he regularly leads training sessions for professionals in Monaco. His teaching style makes the complexities of Monegasque labor law accessible.
A lawyer trained in business law and international law, Manon joined Elevate in January 2025 with solid expertise in AML-CFT gained from working with international groups and law firms.
It supports companies in the deployment of appropriate compliance systems and assists them on a daily basis with their AML/CFT-PC issues.
His approach: educational and pragmatic. Making compliance understandable, accessible, and sustainable.
